Clever Certificates supports bulk certificate ordering — allowing you to issue the same template to multiple recipients in a single purchase, with each certificate personalised with the individual's name.
How it works
- Choose your template — select any template from the library and customise it (logo, organisation name, date, signature) in the free editor.
- Select a bulk tier at checkout — instead of a single purchase, choose a bulk quantity (e.g. 10, 25, 50, 100, or 500+ recipients). The per-unit price decreases as volume increases.
- Enter recipient names — after purchase you enter the list of recipient names. The system generates a personalised certificate for each person.
- Download the full set — receive a ZIP file containing all individual certificates as print-ready PDFs or high-resolution PNGs.
What formats are available for bulk downloads?
Bulk certificates are available in the same formats as single certificates: Web PNG (72 DPI, instant download), Print PNG (300 DPI), and PDF. The Print Pack is recommended for bulk orders that will be physically printed or framed.
Is there a minimum order for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing tiers start at 10 recipients. Single purchases are available for 1–9 recipients at the standard price.
Can Academy Pro members use bulk ordering?
Yes. Academy Pro members get the best available bulk rates applied automatically. If you issue certificates regularly for a class, team, or organisation, Academy Pro is the most cost-effective option.
Can I issue digital credentials in bulk?
Digital credential issuance (unique verification links and QR codes per recipient) for bulk orders is on our roadmap. Single-certificate digital credentials with QR verification are available today.
